
Set a Goal
After you select a plan and submit an application, you will receive an email questionaire that will guide us in partnering you with an appropriate coach. We will then arrange an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals in order to build an individualized training plan that fits into the demands of your daily life. Your plan will be provided in an online traiing log that can be managed on your computer and smart devices.

Train + Evaluate
No matter your skill or level of experience, it all comes down to putting in the work - day to day and one mile at a time. But you won’t be in it alone. Your coach will provide you with daily workouts, usually on a weekly basis, that will include techniques such as field testing, strength training and heart rate training. Your progress will be closely monitored by reviewing results and comments you post in your online training log as well as through email and phone consultations.

Race Day
Race day is different for everyone. Whether you go into it with anxiety or excitement, our experts will get you to the starting line prepared to face any obstacles that come your way. Your race week consultations will include not only physical guidance, but mental and nutritional advice as well.
