On Track offers one on one personalized training and small group training to help you achieve physical health and improve your performance in everyday and extraordinary activities. Our philosophy is rooted in four pillars of health. Optimal physical health is achieved when these pillars are in balance and meet the standards of human movement and performance.
THE FOUR PILLARS
Mobility
Core control
Strength/power
Cardiovascular fitness
One On One Training
One on one personal training is for the individual looking for a more personalized experience or for individuals who need more guidance and instruction on how to perform their prescribed exercises properly. Once an individual reaches a level of proficiency with exercise they may move into a small group training environment. One on one training will start with a movement assessment to identify which of the four pillars of health need to be addressed and to determine a diagnosis and prescription for your exercise program or the trainer will use information from your physical therapist to move you to the next level of your program.
Fortitude Training Systems
Fortitude Training Systems (FTS) is our small group training program. FTS is a workout guided by a coach with a group of no more than 8 participants. Unlike most fitness classes, our coaches are there to instruct, correct and guide the workout toward a specific goal or outcome. Our coaches do not participate in the workout or lead the workout. It is more like personal training where the group shares the cost of working with a coach. Each of our workouts are designed with a specific purpose in mind to help you address your body’s specific needs. When you sign up for FTS you will start with a movement assessment to determine which of the four pillars of physical health you need to focus on. You are not limited to a particular workout. You can mix up which workouts you do on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
