On Track has a unique open concept functional fitness room, which is designed to allow for dynamic exercise. It includes functional fitness equipment, such as battle ropes, Bosu balance trainers, kettlebells, a vertical climbing rope, monkey bars, tarzan ropes, plyo boxes, heavy bag, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility ladders, sandbags, and room to move. We also have a cardio and weight machine room with Cybex strength machines, treadmills, Precore elliptical machines, and stationary bikes.

Our trainers are up to date with the latest exercise techniques and advanced training methods. We take pride in our professional staff—all licensed or certified in fitness training. They’re always on hand to assist you and to make sure you get the most out of your workout—just ask! Already a member? Consider a training session to help fine tune or step up your current routine. 

EASY TO
JOIN

We’d prefer you spend your time working out rather than haggling over countless fees and terms, so we offer a completely hassle-free membership. You’re not required to join for a certain number of months and we don’t charge any initiation or joining fees. Your membership includes the use of our fitness room, locker room, and shower facilities. We also offer corporate memberships for groups of four or more—just ask us for details.

RIGHT ON THE BIKE PATH

We’re located in downtown Burlington, at Union Station. Looking for a lunchtime break? Go for a run on the bike path, then head to the showers to get freshened up. It’s a great way to reenergize yourself for the afternoon! 

STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING

We do not charge initiation or joining fees and there are no long term contracts or commitments. All we require is a 30 day notice if you need to cancel your membership at any time!
